Promoting literacy in no small task, and Alaska is a big state! The Literacy Council of Alaska is excited to have so many wonderful people helping to fulfill its mission of "changing lives through literacy." We would love to have you join our family in a way that suits you best.

Volunteer as a Tutor

One-on-one tutoring is an important program, and we would love to have your help! As you tutor, we hope that you discover that "tutoring enriches two minds."
