Our Services

Through one-on-one case management, services are provided based on an individual service strategy and goals that are outlined on enrollment. Each participant is eligible for funding up to $10,000 toward tuition or training and $7,500 for support services while actively pursuing education or career training.

Education

High school equivalency (GED) services and post-secondary education opportunities, including assistance in the enrollment process and support for the duration of the program.

Career Training

Occupational skills training that leads to the attainment of a certificate or credential, including Job Corps, apprenticeship programs, and other trades-training programs.

Work Experience

Short-term, structured learning experiences that are focused on career exploration and the development of work readiness skills. Includes internships and job shadowing. Up to $5,000 may be earned.

Support Services

Training-related supplies and financial support with day-to-day expenses that could inhibit pursuing a career or education goal (i.e. housing, meals, medical care, transportation, daycare, etc.). Also provided are life-skills workshops, career exploration opportunities, and mentorship.
