​Birch Park After School Program (ASP) is a partnership with AHFC, providing a year round program for families in the Birch Park 1 apartment complex. Our program provides homework help, many learning and family activities, field trips, food, books, and so much more. We gift bookcases and a beginning library to our graduating 5th & 6th graders, which leads back to LCA's motto "Changing lives through literacy!"

​This annual event helps address literacy needs in local communities by providing hand-constructed bookcases to local kids to help ignite and encourage a passion for reading.
